Tiranga 47 was born from a desire to share the rich and diverse culinary heritage of India with food lovers in the USA. Inspired by the Indian flag and the year of India's independence, our food truck symbolizes freedom, unity, and the vibrant spirit of Indian cuisine.
From the flavorful chaats of Delhi to the aromatic curries of Kerala, our menu is a carefully curated journey through India’s culinary landscape. Founder's Introduction :
Tiranga 47 is the brainchild of Kuldip Singh Dhillon, a culinary expert with over 28 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Kuldip began his journey at the renowned Yellow Chilli alongside celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor, where he mastered the art of creating authentic Indian flavors. He then spent 15 years honing his skills at Amber India, a staple of Indian fine dining in the USA. Kuldip further expanded his expertise with 5 years at Mountain View Sakoon Restaurant, known for its rich Indian cuisine. His passion for food and commitment to quality have culminated in Tiranga 47, where he brings his vast experience and love for Indian food to every dish.
